Our primary investment activity in residential and commercial property markets focuses on value-driven acquisitions we identify as having potential both short and long term.

Our current portfolio includes land, single homes, flat developments, retail units and warehousing predominantly in the UK.

In recent years, we have expanded into sustainable new build  developments.

All holdings are managed in-house.

SME/Micro Private Equity

We support businesses and their management personnel with the capital needed to see them through growth phases or buyouts when the time comes for the founder to move on or cash out.

We are able to to deploy flexible solutions including simple funding structures with either full or partial cash out, hold companies for the longterm, founder/executive retention and no culture change.

We partner with businesses with profits between £100,000 and £1,000,000 and a high quality team.

Alternative Investment Mandate

The world and its markets are constantly evolving from one decade to the next; being subjected to new technological, political and economic forces.

We maintain an ongoing review of both emerging market opportunities from classic tangibles to contemporary intangibles.
