Private Investment

SME/Micro Enterprise Private Equity

From high street retailers to international suppliers, we aim to support established local businesses and their communities providing a personal, focused approach to funding.

As a boutique family office, we are well placed to deploy solutions effectively and time sensitively.

We offer key supporting roles to help businesses in expansion phases and buyouts.

Commercial & Residential Property

Our primary investment activity is in UK residential and commercial property markets focusing on value driven acquisitions.

All assets are managed in-house using bespoke systems via our TenantHome® company.

In recent years, we have diversified our property investment mandate, expanding acquisitions to continental Europe as well as offering Joint Venture partnerships with property professionals on a case-by-case project basis.

Alternative Investment Mandate

The world and its markets are constantly changing from one decade to the next; being subjected to new political and economic forces.

We maintain an ongoing review of new alternative sources of investment to diversify our portfolio.

From classic tangibles to contemporary intangibles, we appraise both short term and long term opportunities.
